Creating Transitions teaches life and employment skills to young adults with mild to moderate Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. We transition them to independence and readiness for adult life.

We believe that every person, regardless of ability, deserves to have a fulfilling, productive life and be contributing and valuded member of their community.
